Normally less than 20 – 30 minutes for depending on the unit. Slides & multiple units typically take longer to set up. The more prepared customers have easier and more efficient set ups.
Yes, we require the presence of an adult (preferably the renter that is named on the rental agreement) over the age of 18 at time of delivery. Please note that we reserve to right to proceed to next scheduled delivery if there is no one available at the time of delivery. A minimum $50 additional fee WILL APPLY if we leave and have to return to the delivery site later. We do not require the presence of someone for pick-ups as long as we have authorized & clear access to all of the Mr. Moonwalk equipment & accessories.
Because we book on a first come, first serve basis, we strongly suggest reserving the unit of your choice at least 2-3 weeks in advance of your event – and even further out if your event lies on a holiday weekend. Our units are popular and sell out fast. Your order is NOT SECURED until your deposit has been paid.

Moonwalks are 13 x 13 (medium), 15 x 15 (large), or 17×17 (club house) square feet. Combos are 15 x 18 or 20 x 20 based on design. We carry a variety of slides with different dimensions to accommodate all ages. We require a 20 x 20, relatively level, non-muddy area for moonwalk set-up & 25 x 25 flat surface for our combos. For Slip ‘n Slides & Water Slides, we recommend at least 45 feet of flat space and a water hose. For Obstacle Course(s), at least 70 feet of space from end to end is required.
We normally will supply heavy duty extension cords up to 100 feet long that will usually reach most outlets. However, for an additional rental fee, we do rent generators. Please note that fuel cost is the renter’s responsibility.
Unfortunately, we no longer set up inflatables in public parks unless the event is being sponsored directly by park officials.
Most units are designed to handle a little rain and will remain stable in slight wind conditions (under 15 mphs). However, Mr. Moonwalk will work with you should weather become an issue before your scheduled event. Please note that once we load up and leave the warehouse with your order or have taken delivery of our equipment, you will not be entitled to a refund afterwards.
We require a deposit of $50 at the time of booking for orders under $500 & $100 for orders over $500. However, we may require a larger deposit for multiple unit rentals. Your rental invoice must be paid in full before we can set up for your event. We will process the remaining balance of your invoice (total amount due less deposit paid) within 24 hours of your schedule delivery time. You are more than welcome to prepay your balance due anytime in advance. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but deposits & pre-payments can be credited towards future rentals in the case of cancellation and/or re-scheduling. Conditions apply
We accept cash and all major credit or debit cards. We also accept check form of payment from certain institutions like schools and churches. Payment in full must be made at or before the time of delivery – no exceptions! We will not begin set-up until payment has been processed. You are also encouraged to pre-pay the entire invoice amount anytime before delivery. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
One of Mr. Moonwalk’s best value added services is our low delivery rates to the locations we service. And because of insurance restrictions, we DO NOT allow customer pick ups.
Unfortunately due to liability and insurance reasons, we do not offer delivery service or allow set ups at apartment complexes.
Surfaces must be FLAT, clean & spacious enough to fit the unit(s) that is being set up (see dimensions of each unit in the product description online if you are unsure) We will NOT set up on dirt, slopes, rocks, sand and/or gravel Only certain units can be set up on asphalt or concrete; please let us know in ADVANCE as we will need to bring sand bags for safely securing the unit(s) Set-up location and conditions are the responsibility of the customer and must be identified upon placing a rental reservation and cannot be modified once the driver has left the warehouse. Mr Moonwalk is not responsible for damage to underground cabling and/or utilities including irrigation systems.
Unfortunately, once we have set up & secured a unit after it has been delivered, only a Mr. Moonwalk representative can move it. We are trained to properly install & secure our equipment so that it is functional & safe for all. Please note that there is a $50 relocation fee for performing this task. Moving and/or relocating a Mr. Moonwalk equipment without our knowledge and consent is PROHIBITED, violates your contractual agreement, and releases Mr. Moonwalk, LLC. from any damages and/or injury that may occur as the result.
Yes, Mr. Moonwalk, LLC. is a fully licensed and insured company.
Delivery: to address specified by lessee (customer). Lessee grants right to enter said property for the delivery and pick-up of the unit at approximately specified times.
I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged in through my rental of an interactive amusement game(s) and/or other amusement equipment brings with it both known and unanticipated risks to my guests, my invitees and myself. Those risks include, but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing and colliding and could result in injury, illness, disease, emotional distress, death and/or property damage to myself or my guests and invitees.
I voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harlmless, and discharge Mr Moonwalk Inflatables, LLC., from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, whether personal to me or to a third party which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my rental of the interactive inflatable unit including those allegedly attributable to negligent acts or omissions. I agree to reimburse any reasonable attorney’s fees and costs which may be incurred by Mr Moonwalk Inflatables, LLC. in the defense of any such liability claim, demand, action or right of action.
In the event that I file a cause of action against Mr Moonwalk Inflatables, LLC., I agree to do so solely in the state of Georgia, and I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply in that action without regard to the conflict of law rules of that state. I agree that if any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
I acknowledge that I have adequate homeowner’s insurance, tenant insurance, or other liability insurance to cover any bodily injury or property damage that might occur to myself, my guests, or my invitees from the use of the unit I am renting or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself.
Set-up location and conditions are the responsibility of the customer and must be identified upon placing a rental reservation and cannot be modified once the driver has left the warehouse. Mr Moonwalk LLC is not responsible for damage to underground cabling and/or utilities including irrigation systems. Delivery rates include set-up, tear-down & pick-up unless otherwise indicated. Extra fees will apply for multiple units & will be calculated during the order review process. Delivery rates based on easily accessible, flat terrain. Upon arriving on-site, additional fees may apply for transporting unit(s) up or down excessive incline & decline (hills).
Damage Waiver Insurance: I acknowledge that equipment being rented is in good working conditon at the time of set up. Any physical damages to equipment resulting from improper use or from not following the safety rules and conditions of this contract is my sole responsibility including full costs of repairs. I acknowledge that by purchasing the optional damage waiver insurance, I will NOT be liable for: accidental damages to inflatables up to $350 per contract; up to $500 per contract in reasonable wear and tear physical damage to the rental equipment; up to $500 per contract in wind and storm damage to properly deflated inflatables. The Damage Waiver is NOT liability insurance, theft, vandalism, silly string, misuse and/or abuse. The Damage Waiver does NOT cover missing equipment. Mr Moonwalk, LLC. will bill for any and all missing equipment at fair market value price of equipment or repair cost. The Damage Waiver covers ONLY inflatables. It does not cover non-inflatable equipment rentals. Mr Moonwalk, LLC. will bill for damages to any and all other non-inflatable equipment at fair market value cost of equipment.
Rules: Lessee agrees to supervise both the equipment and its use at all times said equipment is in the possession of the lessee. Accompanying this contract is a set of directions for use and safety rules that I agree to follow and utilize at all times during the operation and use of the interactive inflatable game.
Safety Rules & Operating Instructions
1) Insure that all safety rules and operating instructions posted on the front of the inflatable are followed.
2) Adult supervision is required at all times.
3) In case of high winds or storms, have all persons exit the inflatable and then unplug the unit and let it deflate.
4) Remove all sharp or pointed objects from pockets.
5) No Silly String is to come in contact with the inside or outside of the unit.
6) No food, drinks or gum chewing allowed.
7) Remove shoes, eyeglasses and jewelry
8) No flips, somersaults, rough play, piling on or wrestling
9) Do not bounce against sides or near the front entrance way. Do not bounce into corner posts.
10) Do not climb on side walls or nets
11) Keep a safe distance between kids bouncing in the inflatable
12) No jumping or sitting on the entrance ramp
13) No jumping off of the top of the slide
14) Only allow similar sized riders in the inflatable at once
15) Follow the maximum number of riders guidelines as posted on the inflatable
16) Follow the maximum weight limit as posted on the inflatable
17) Do not let the inflatable rub up against any surface
18) Do not move the bounce from the location where set up
19) Individuals with head, neck or back injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, small infants, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls, bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
20) Water hoses or water must not be used in the inflatable unless specifically manufactured for use with water
21) Splash pools for water slides must be drained if ride will be left unattended unless area is fenced in and gate is locked.
22) Dunk tanks and splash pools must be filled with potable water and drained and refreshed every 4 hours of use. Dunkee must be 18 years of age or older.
23) If the inflatable starts to deflate, have all riders exit immediately and then check for one of the following conditions:
A) The blower motor has stopped; in which case check the power cord connection at the outlet to make sure that it has not been unplugged. If not, check to make sure a circuit breaker was not tripped.
B) If blower motor continues to run; check for blockage of air intake screen on the side of the blower unit. Also check all air tubes on the back of the inflatable for snugness and tighten ties if necessary.
C) If either of these steps corrects the problem, fully re-inflate the unit prior to permitting anyone to use it.
OVERNIGHT RENTALS:
